This tiny pendulette from Austria, possibly Viennese, commonly known as a 'Zappler Clock', has a 30 hour movement, its pendulum swinging in front of the clock dial.  The case only 3.75 inches high and veneered in mother of pearl, but what is most rare, a small gilded figure of Napoleon.
